WHY USE TIDWELL HOME INSPECTIONS, LLC

I am a licensed Alabama Homebuilder.  I am a second-generation builder, and I have been in this industry for over twenty years.   I have served as a member of the Alabama Homebuilders Association in many capacities. During this time, I have been able to take advantage of many of the classes offered by the Homebuilders Association including thelead-basedsed training class, OSHA safety class, Alabama department of environmental management (QCI) class, Green Key construction techniques class, etc. These classes have given me a unique perspective of the construction industry and the needs of home buyers and sellers.

My job is to serve you, the customer, by applying my knowledge of the home building industry in conjunction with the American Society of Home Inspectors standards of practice to give you the information that you need in terms of making a home purchase.

Please note, there are several inspections that are offered by Tidwell Home Inspections, LLC.  The most common is the home inspection, but we also offer a duct blast test which test the efficiency of your heating and air system, and a mold inspection that can be done in conjunction with the home inspection.  Please take the time to read over them and let me know which inspections you are interested in.
